What we collect

When you complete an assessment we collect the answers you give — your age range, state, household income range, how much you are looking to contribute, your timeline, and whether you already hold coverage — together with the name, phone number, and email address you enter.

We do not ask for your Social Security number, bank details, or medical records at any point in the assessment.

How your information is used and shared

Vyrel operates a marketplace. Your completed assessment is made available to licensed insurance agents, and an agent acquires the right to contact you about it. That agent will see the answers you gave and your contact details.

Until an agent acquires your assessment, your name and contact details are not shown to them — agents browsing the marketplace see only the non-identifying answers.

We do not sell your information to advertisers, data brokers, or list resellers.

How we contact you

If you tick the consent box at the end of an assessment, you agree that a licensed agent may contact you at the number and email you provided, including by automated dialing, prerecorded message, and text message. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, asking the agent to stop contacting you, or emailing us at the address below.

How long we keep it

Assessment responses are retained so the agent who acquired them can follow up and so we can resolve disputes. You may request deletion at any time using the contact details below.

Security

Your information is stored in an access-controlled database. Agents can only see assessments they have acquired, and access is enforced by the database itself rather than by the interface alone.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us below.

Children

Vyrel is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date below. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
